The candidate will oversee the CRM activities of our flagship brand, iBet. This is a brand-new role in a fast-growing start-up with high ambitions for 2021.

This role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual who is highly methodical in their approach and has focused attention to detail even when faced with tight deadlines and busy days. The CRM campaign executive will also be the main contact for customer support to assist with any bonus queries they might not be able to resolve within their team.

The role’s main objectives are to reduce churn, optimise conversion, increase customer yield, and increase customer satisfaction and engagement via exciting promotions & campaigns and automated life cycles.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily management and planning of all CRM activity across Sports and Casino.
  • Creating promotional content on multiple channels for Sport and Casino.
  • Using a full range of marketing channels including Email, SMS, Push Messaging and social media.
  • Deliver against KPI’s in areas such as retention, reactivation, churn prevention and player lifecycle across both Casino and Sportsbook.
  • Develop and maintain stringent segmentation models
  • Ensure correct on boarding of CRM infrastructure
  • Brief the Customer service team to ensure they are aware of all communication and promotional activities in case of customer enquiries.
  • Set up the engine of the CRM campaigns and be responsible of the bonus booking
  • Analyse campaign performance against established benchmarks
  • Develop Cross sell campaigns into higher-margin bets/markets/products

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated Person, willing to learn and open to pick up new challenge
  • CRM experience in the digital e-commerce or gaming industries is welcome.
  • Detail orientated and data-centric in your approach
  • Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to tailor your dialogue and delivery to cater for a variety of audiences.
  • Genuine passion for Sports and the iGaming Industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team management.
  • Marketing copywriting, proof-reading and creative skills required
  • Mobile marketing/ mobile apps experience advantageous
