Recruiters & Process
The HR team are the ones to make the first round of sifting ensuring that the applicants have the necessary experience and/or qualification for the role they have applied for. CVs are then passed to the hiring manager in which the second sifting is done.
Candidates are contacted by HR primarily with a phone interview to further short list. A face to face interview with the hiring manager and HR takes place. Candidates who are not shortlisted will be contacted by email notifying them that the company will not be proceeding with their application.
When a candidate has been selected as the right fit for the role, a job offer is carried out by HR. This is done by a call followed by an email with the details (Job title, definite/indefinite contract, reporting lines, salary, benefits, etc.).
